Store data: the products, menus, prices, and business hours you add to the platform.

Conversation data: messages between your business and your customers through the WhatsApp Business API, used to power automated replies and order processing.

Usage data: technical information about how you use the website and dashboard (device type, browser, pages visited).

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to operate the service: processing orders, running the AI agent, sending notifications, and collecting payments.

Conversation data is used to train and improve the AI responses for your store only. We never sell this data to third parties.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We work with service providers to run the platform: Meta (WhatsApp Business API), payment providers (Paymob and Flash in Egypt; Paystack, Flutterwave, Moniepoint and OPay in Nigeria), POS systems (Foodics, Odoo), delivery marketplaces we import menus from at your request (Talabat, elmenus, Chowdeck, Glovo, HeyFood), and cloud hosting providers. Only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service is shared.

We never sell your data or your customers' data to advertisers or marketers.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure servers and apply strict access controls within our team.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as you use the service. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights
