Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Redood platform. By using the service you agree to them.
Last updated: July 2026
1. The Service
Redood is an AI-powered commerce platform that lets businesses sell, accept payments, and support customers through WhatsApp via the official WhatsApp Business API.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be authorized to represent the business you register.
3. Fees & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in the currency of your market — EGP for merchants in Egypt, NGN for merchants in Nigeria, or USD where neither applies — according to your chosen plan. Orders above your plan limit are charged per additional order as described on the pricing page.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect immediately. There are no setup fees and no hidden fees.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam), sell unlawful products, or violate WhatsApp and Meta commerce policies. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
5. Customer Data
Your customers' data remains the property of your business. We process it on your behalf to operate the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its software, and the Redood brand belong to us. Content you add (products, images, prices) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is, and we use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it available. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from service interruptions or third-party failures (WhatsApp, payment providers, delivery services).
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breaches of these terms, with notice to you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
